Contacted by the recruiter, then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. Brought in for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and a team member. No communication after two rounds of interviews, was finally given an explanation, but disappointed in the way it was handled. Candidate's time is valuable. Company needs to respect that.
