Only had one interview with two system engineers. It started off well, but throughout the whole interview it felt like they were judging me based off my lack of experience. Furthermore, they never emailed me to say whether or not I moved on to the next stage, even after emailing them and thanking them. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional and should not be industry standard.
