Was sent an email from their HR to complete an online personality assessment. This was an over 2 hour long personality, reading comprehension and IQ test, that had nothing to do with software development. A lot of the questions included statistics tests based on a poker like game. Was ghosted afterwards. I would not waste your time.

quick interview with manager, very relaxed and chill. Some small programming questions with a behavioural screening in the start
