Entrevista
The interview process has multiple stages. In stage one, I was give a task to implement a short project using Lumen. After that, there was a meet and greet interview with two members. Later, there was a logic/vocabulary assessment. I think after that it would be a technical interview. Probably after that, one would be asked for a final interview.

I really enjoyed the stage one and two. The project I worked on was relevant to my job description and meaningful. Later there was a meet and greet interview which seemed meaningless at that point if I knew there would be more assessments. Logical/Vocabulary interview was more like a GRE exam. Knowing the meaning of difficult words or answering long analytical questions (72 questions in 60 mins) seemed very irrelevant and weird. I don't know how to play Texas hold'em poker. So, I couldn't answer any of such questions. Later, I was informed I was not selected.
