Entrevista
Was given a personality test before speaking with any one.
It consisted of three parts, the first part had only two options to pick for an answer so it was very odd and you are forced to choose one even if the answer seemed ridiculous.
I didn't pass this test and when I asked for the reason I didn't get any response back, just a generic email saying I didn't pass and they aren't moving on with my application.

2. I was tasked with a take-home project that involved developing a star-rating component, on which I received excellent feedback from the technical interviewer.
3. During the technical interview, I had an engaging conversation with the interviewer and shared high-level solutions to challenges they were facing, drawing from my previous project experience.
4. I was required to complete a Standardized Personality Assessment, which I found to be the least relevant. It consisted of over 70 questions to be answered in 60 minutes, covering topics in English comprehension, composition, and cognitive skills.
