      Highly recommend avoiding this company, as the job opening seems to be a ploy to get free ideas/labor without actually hiring. During the process I was asked to answer a 'business scenario' about lead quality and a specific market segment the company was interested in targeting. The 4th round included a case study, which also focused on sales lead quality and the segment in question. After meeting with 6 people at Scratch and then presenting my case study, I didn't get any follow up from the recruiter or hiring manager. Finally, a week later, I received an automated rejection email, which did not thank me for my time or indicate they had chosen someone else for the position. From my perspective, the whole process seems like a way to get free labor out of applicants and solve active business issues. Stay away!

We strive to provide a comprehensive interview process for both the candidate and hiring team to ensure both sides feel they have all the information needed to make an informed decision. For us, a case study or technical assessment is standard for most of our open roles but only used for candidate evaluation purposes. With a lean team, communication with all candidates is an area we are continually working on. I do apologize you did not receive a more comprehensive response after another candidate was chosen.
