So I didn't actually apply for the job that I got- I applied for case management and my resume got redirected to the department I ended up getting hired in. The supervisor that was in the dept. when I got hired (whom has since moved to another dept.) was very nice and asked me relevant questions for the position. It was one-on-one and I was hired almost immediately.
