Applied online. Was contacted about a phone interview via email. Set a time the week later. Interview was mostly competency questions and about them. went okay and was to that i will hear before the end of the next week if successful for the assessment center. I was, got a email confirming a slot for the assessment center
Short online assessment including 12 minute timed questions and a personality test. Assessment centre including short group discussion to decide what project to invest in as a company, individual behavioural situation and interview.

Started with initial application. Progressed to online video interview and game based assessment which was fairly standard. Later invited to an assessment centre where an individual interview is conducted, with one group based activity where information is given periodically to candidates and after 30 minutes the group must present a best course of action from information provided. Also an individual exercise where a meeting with a client is simulated.

Very enjoyable day overall, Assessment contained a series of tasks and group tasks and required problem solving skills and communication skills in a work like environment. Interview process was very relaxed and casual.
