Entrevista
Situation Judgement, Numerical and Verbal reasoning test. Then invited to a telephone interview. The lady conducting the interview was in a really loud call centre environment, which was slightly distracting. The Interview lasts about 25 min and is pretty structured where they check you will accept the salary first and give you a brief summary of the graduate scheme and start dates.

Short online assessment including 12 minute timed questions and a personality test. Assessment centre including short group discussion to decide what project to invest in as a company, individual behavioural situation and interview.

Started with initial application. Progressed to online video interview and game based assessment which was fairly standard. Later invited to an assessment centre where an individual interview is conducted, with one group based activity where information is given periodically to candidates and after 30 minutes the group must present a best course of action from information provided. Also an individual exercise where a meeting with a client is simulated.

Entrevista
Very enjoyable day overall, Assessment contained a series of tasks and group tasks and required problem solving skills and communication skills in a work like environment. Interview process was very relaxed and casual.
