It was a very comprehensive interview, conducted by the Office Manager over a periof of about two hours. There were all of the usual questions about background and experience, but also some interesting questions about my specific interests and hobbies. Since I was, at the time of the interview, deep into the research and writing of my doctoral dissertation, I was pleased to discover that my prospective employer had significant interest in my research techniques and my ability to organize large blocks of research material into useful input to my book.
