I applied through an agency, I believe there is often an initial phone interview but I bypassed this and my first interaction with them was a technical test. The first part involved attempting 4 'Codewars' style coding challenges within 15 minutes. Then there some were logic tests (on paper). I didn't get any further than that, but I understand there may have been a 2nd technical interview if successful at this stage.
