Went to an open interview process they were holding at one of their branches. There were three phases to the process: there was an initial interview to determine if they were going to consider you, next there was a simulation test where you had to complete calls as efficiently as you could, the next and final phase was a more formal interview. I prepared for the job interview by researching the company and practicing some basic interview questions which really helped me during both of the interviews. I passed through all of the stages and was offered a position the next day and they gave me a tentative start day two weeks later and the training is about seven days long.

1st interview over the phone, they followed up quickly and we set up an in person interview. I was emailed the day after about a follow up and offered the position over the phone. Very simple process and thoughtful staff.
