My first interview was with the HR consultant supporting SCC and I found her questions challenging and insightful, It made sense that every hire for a smaller company has to be the best fit possible. Every promised timeline was kept. Second interview was with The President of the company. After the interview I really hoped to get the job and I am lucky to say I did!

Mostly about my experiences/challenges and successes through my career. It was obvious Laura cares about her staff because she also asked many questions about office dynamics and how it should be handles.
