Panel interview Mostly situation based questions Some technical question about small business in Canada Why work for Scotiabank Why do I want this role How what I gleaned from my previous role will be applicable to small business The folks that interviews me, gave me time to gather my thoughts. The overall feeling was great.
The interview process was very smooth. Did the interview with the branch manger and the business development manager. They asked a lot of question about the role and also what I could bring in the table.

Total two interviews happened. First is an HR round which is more cultural and the second is with the hiring manager. The whole process was more focused on the behavioural aspects of the job.
