The first stage of the recruitment process is to create an online profile on Scotiabank’s website and apply for the relevant position. At this stage, it’s important that you meet all of the requirements for the role. You will be asked to upload your resume, cover letter and references. If the recruitment team thinks you are a good fit, you will be contacted.

Entrevista
Pretty straightforward. Interviewers were very nice and questions were mostly behavioural. Technical questions were not overly complex, and tested thought process and ability to think on the spot more than heavy technical knowledge.
The first round was Group coffee chat. It is in a group of 10-12 people. It is virtual. It is semi-formal round just to introduce each other and expalining the further rounds and how internship works in the company.

Interview was friendly and thoughtful. There were a combination of screening, behavioural, and some technical questions. Interviewers were kind and made me feel comfortable. They also answered my questions in great detail.
