The interview process is long. First, the recruiter does an interview with basic background checks for about 30mins. The next is with a manager and they are about 30-45mins. The 3rd interview is with the group managers. I have applied for several positions at Scotiabank and the disappointing thing is they don’t get back to you even after 1-2 interviews unless you keep emailing them for the next interview. That is still okay but the worst experience is the waiting game. I have gone to the last interview about 3-4 times and no one gets back to you whether you got hired or rejected. I have waited for several weeks even months for someone to tell me if I’m hired or not. They don't give honest feedback as to why you’re not hired and goes through the same process several times. Very disappointing!

be honest and don't get nervous. Prepare yourself before the interview. take notes and ask questions at the end of the interview. Answer questions clearly and take your time and don't rush
