Phone interview followed by in person interview.applied online and was called within 2 weeks after the phone interview.gave sales stats to my hiring manager for last year and the year before that. Relatively straight forward questions like where I want to be 5 years from now and so on

Entrevista
Standard 2 stage process. Recruiter call and in-person interview with the branch management team. The second round usually includes a BM and ABM combo. Although out of the 3 interviews I gave for 3 branches, once they had 3 managers in the second round.

Very straight forward interview questions thru video calls for around 20 min. No situational questions and behaviour questions. and then refer it to hiring manager. Ask whether I can start asap.
