Applied online for their call centre and received a phone interview. Asked questions like Where do you see yourself in five years. Why do you want to work at Scotiabank? Then, received an email saying I was not successful.
It was alright. I can't remember. I t was many years ago. This company does not believe in free speech though. You must be careful. thirty words. They asked a lot of questions. Questions about me and what i like and want, ect
Electronic telephone which took about 1 hour , videos submission where you responded to a couple of situational based question and virtual assessment which is timed and assessing on the job level or skill set Credential verification and documentation.
