The recruiter set up a phone call with me. I was ready for the call and didn't get it. I waited for 5 minutes and emailed the recruiter to let them know I'm ready. Immediately I heard back that something came up and they needed to reschedule. Then I got a call the next day saying I'm not the right fit for the role.
