Entrevista
I applied through an employee referral. First they called just for pre-screening to know about my previous experience and scheduled a phone interview after 2 days. Phone interview was good as she was very polite and providing enough details. All questions in phone interview were behavioural. Then at the end of phone interview she told me about the next step of the interview which was panel interview after 15 days. within a week after phone interview I received an e-mail containing details of panel interview.
During the panel interview, there were 4 interviewers( 3 managers and 1 district training manager). We were 3 applicants for group activity and then 2/4 interviewers asked behaviour questions individually and then switched. it was good as all of the interviewers were very polite and professional. they made the interview very comfortable. They said the result will be told to you within 10 business days. Fingers Crossed....until 10 days.
One advice I can give is: Just be confident... Shine in the crowd..... show them that you have that passion for Customer service
**** I had to choose option " Offer accepted " as the website asking to choose option.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
