I applied through the university's coop program. I got an interview within a week. I went to their location for the interview. I met with 2 interviewers. One was the the man in charge of the co-op hires, the other one is someone random in the office who offers to help, every semester they change. They were both very courteous, and made it a point to not be intimidating. I received my job offer through the school, according to the schools timelines.
