Received a call from a recruiter who had seen my resume and offered me an interview. I accepted and he asked that he do a phone screening up from. I accepted and we proceeded with the standard HR phone screening interview. From there I was called in two days later for a panel interview with the technical hiring manager, senior manager, lead developer and myself. Typical technical questions for a java developer interview, threading, optimization, sql, familiarity. No HR content, basically just an hour and a half skills exam with the panel of three. Two days later I was called in for an HR interview with the director and the HR representative. Finally, the following monday the first offer was made.
