It was 3 step. 1- virtual interview. It was 8 simple question like talk about yourself and availability and salary. 2- phone interview. It was about your resume and behavioral question. 3- questioner and simulation exercise. It needs to be carefully focused because they even ask how many people were in the line and what was the customer name and address
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
