First interview was 45 minutes with the hiring manager over zoom. Within 1 day, I heard back and was invited for a full 6-hour virtual interview beginning with a seminar and then several 30/45 minute interviews with division directors.

Why are you a good fit for our company? Why should we pick you? What do you like most about our company? Then a lot of technical questions about my background and how that would apply to the specific role I was interviewing for. During and after the seminar, I received a lot of wonderful and thoughtful technical questions about my work. Difficult for sure, but very fair and they wanted to see how I would walk through designing experiments to answer specific questions about the work. Overall, a very positive experience!
