The interview was supposed to be with the Director but she did not show up and a Senior Manager interviewed me. The whole process took around 1 hour and it is not quite the normal competence based questions style. I was asked various questions about how to give feedback, tell me about your learning process, have you ever identified risk issues during work kind of question. So it really depends on what the team needs I think.
