      The interview was very well structured, it all started with a phone call with HR where they asked about myself just a casual talk after the phone interview there was a interview with a team lead that had some technical questions. Then came the programming task with a senior developer on site and a small individual test about spatial and geometric thinking last thing was a meetup with potential teammates. After all the recruitment process was very pleasent and feedback was quick after every step. All the people were really friendly and helpful. There was almost a week between every step.

      Process: Screening, test task, and review. Everything was super friendly and felt more like a discussion than an interview. It was very pleasant and stress-free. Scoro has multiple test tasks and allow you to choose any of them and also any tech stack (JS, PHP, or Go) is permitted. Tech interviewers liked my test task and gave the impression that everything was good. However, after a few days, they rejected me, stating they specifically needed PHP. I was surprised they wasted my time by saying any stack would work when they actually wanted PHP.

      The recruitment process consisted of multiple parts. At first, I received a phone call from the recruiter and we chatted a bit. The second part was an interview with the team lead and I was also given a task to solve on paper (basically programming on paper). The third part was pair programming with one of the senior developers which he handled very nicely. Last but not least, I had an interview with 5 team members where we basically tried to get to know each other.
