My experience was disappointing. During the initial HR interview, the recruiter appeared disinterested, looking elsewhere and rolling her eyes, and her phone rang, distracting me while I discussed my skills. The follow-up interview with the hiring manager was equally discouraging; she arrived late, seemed unprepared, and appeared uninterested in my responses. Overall, it was a negative experience.
