I interviewed for a position with Scilligence at the beginning of November. I had two rather time consuming interviews, maybe more - it's been so long, and they asked for my references. They even ran reference checks. I had to follow up with them multiple times. I recognize this occurred during the holidays, but they never gave me the courtesy of telling me whether I was still in consideration. 8 months later I got a notification from Indeed. I shouldn't have to follow up multiple times to find out - I received multiple offers and accepted a new position in about half the time it took them to respond to me. It seemed like a great company, but they need to treat their candidates better.
