First, was sent a LinkedIn message which lead to quick virtual interview with the team. The speed at which this was done cannot be overstated which made me excited. Next, I prepared a lesson plan and completed it with real students which was also great. Then, I never heard from the company again. Despite devoting hours of my life to this hiring process and it going really well. Not a “we decided not to hire for this role” email or anything. Extremely frustrating.
