I attended the interview day alongside about 30 others. We were split into groups and given various tasks or scenarios to discuss. Periodically during the day people would leave, x factor style, until about 10 of us were left at the end for sit down interviews. It was a very tiring day but it reflects the job. Be prepared to be switched on, energetic and outgoing!
