Interview consisted of basic interview questions (ie. why Schweitzer Labs, what do you look for in an employer) as well as a number of programming knowledge questions (ie what is a mutex lock, various C questions). Was also asked to write a function within 20 minutes, manipulating strings in C. Interviewer was friendly and professional.
