Phone interview, 30 minutes. I learned a lot about the company. They mentioned that it's an open-plan, somewhat noisy and casual workplace... but jeans are only allowed on Fridays. After they asked me to come in the next week for an interview, I was set to go in, and then they let me know the night before that the company decided its employees would take on the extra workload and they would no longer be hiring at this time.
