I've met several skilled people and most of them were very nice. The atmosphere was friendly and familiar. The first interview has been on personal level and has been a nice chat. The second interview was with other security consultants that wanted to ask me several technical questions. The third interview was with developers and other security folks. The general impression of the company is good and they have a unique way to organize themselves where each person has to vote and decide if you are to be added to the team.
