The interview process is simple. I applied online and a few days later I received an email that they were interested in scheduling a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was ask basic interview questions like describe myself. I was also ask what is the order of draw. After the phone interview, I did an in person interview, again the questions were basic. I was ask scenario questions about what will I do if I get into situations like this and like that and stuff like that. I also did venipuncture to my interviewer as a skill test. Overall, interview was relatively simple.
