Two business interviews and three peer interviews - the peer interviews were more like sharing experiences and checking chemistry. I found the peer interviews very helpful as I got to know my potential peers / colleagues to assess how I'd fit in.

4 rounds of interview. Motivational questions and technical qns, nothing which is out of the blue. Combination of both local and UK interview. Generally very nice people. just be aware company has been bought by Nuveen
The interview process is slow and engagement with potential employees needs improvement. Role advertised with Talent Acquisition contact directly via email to arrange interview online.
TA is outsourced which is unclear and confusing. Continuous follow up required.
