Applied online. Received a phone call to set up time for a phone screening within a few days of applying. Phone screening went well and setup in person interview within a few days of that. The recruiter was very nice and professional and I would absolutely recommend this organization to anyone.

Entrevista
The initial process was ok; however, this CU is all about internal promotions and they open the positions to the public to satisfy some sort of regulatory requirement. At the end if you are looking for a manager role, they will be wasting your time as they will eventually choose someone internally.
