I was required to submit a cover letter and resume in order to interview for Scholar Academies. I applied through my university and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview took place with two members of the Operations team and they each took a turn asking me questions. The interviewers were casual and friendly, but it was clear they were looking for a person with a specific skill set. After my interview, the offered me the position within 24 hours.
