Interview process is lacking. A lot of repetitive questions from all interviewers, showing that they don't have a clear expectation of what each interviewer is assessing. The "general" interview was not well received and very disorganized, with a lot of pauses and just coming up with random questions which seemed like to just make up some time. I did enjoy a couple of the conversations, but quickly realized the environment is not something I would enjoy. HR did not do a good job at communication either
