My interview started when I got a call from their recruitment manager. I was first interviewed by HR representative and I was scheduled with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After less than a month, I got a call to set-up a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, and the VP for HR. It turned out positive and I was scheduled for an interview with their VP for Purchasing. The interview process I can say is very professional and the hiring manager took time to explain the open position and his expectation. This helped a lot in my decision making if I want to proceed with this employer.
