One of thier employes approached me about coming to work for Square D. Took ~ 6 months from initilal contact to offer due to internal beauracracy. Two interviews, one w/technical manager and one w/regional manager, plus submit online resume etc..

Be specific and to the point answer is required, need to understand the poistion one is applying for any artificial colours to the interview will kick you out. It is very important to share your actual performance in order to evaluate the forecast.
