Recruiter first interviewed me and informed me that the team would be 2-3 people, then there was a Teams virtual interview with the CEO, who discussed managing a much larger team, where I informed them that it was not something I wanted. I was then asked to travel to Ireland for a face to face at the manufacturing facility in Waterford, and again all they discussed was much larger team sizes, which I had already informed the CEO and the recruiter I was not interested in. Waste of my time and money
