Pretty straight forward... Mainly how to deal with disgruntled customers and how you stay organized. Discussion of job duties that are specific to the area, and how you would integrate into the local office. Met employer for lunch during first interview that was 1:1 and a week later was then interviewed by the repair sales manager and branch manager.
