First step was a phone interviewer with a recruiter which was about an hour. From there I was set up for an in person interview at the office with a group of 4 individuals who would work closely with my role. Last step was to meet with a shareholder and the manager of this role. The whole 3 step process took about 2 weeks to complete but they were also very accommodating with my schedule and even came to Oshkosh to meet me for the last interview so I would not need to miss work.
