There was an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in person interview. The in person interview was the better part of a day. First there was an interview with two of the principals, which was an hour+. Next was a technical interview, no paper and pencil or calculator was allowed, also over an hour. Two engineers took me out to lunch afterwards and I finished with an interview with the hiring manager.

It was the first level hr interview. It was simple. They asked me about why I want to do this job, what i know about the company, what motivates me to do this job

Entrevista
The interview was in two parts. First, a get to know you interview, followed by a technical exam. The technical exam wasn't too tough and engineers coming out of school should feel prepared.
