My first interview that I attended was very brief. It was structured as a meet and greet so the hiring board was able to get a feel for me I guess, to see if I would be a good fit for them. Details of the position itself wasn't addressed to me until the second round interview because that was for I to see if they were a good fit for myself. I love the way they structured it all, it was time well spent learning of this industry.

Entrevista
The first interview was great actually it was unlike any other interview I have experienced they made the first interview all about me. Asked about my kids about me they definitely helped me relax and enjoy the process... And Anton my interviewer was the kindest and polite man. My second interview is when I fully was explained in detail what each position intaled and what I would be doing. They show me a short clip and I even got to meet one of their top people she was so polite and kind.

Entrevista
Since I did not yet live in Columbus, my interview was done over Skype. There were only a few questions about me, my work history, or my degree, and the rest was spent trying to pitch their company.

They ask very little because they don't really care about you. Since they don't actually have a base salary, they're happy enough hiring anyone and letting the people who don't sell starve.
