It consisted in 4 phases. 1st phone quick interview, 2nd zoom interview with hiring manager and CS manager, 3rd one took a bit longer than scheduled and it consisted on a practical assesment they'd give me a week in advance to prepare. All process was documented and monitored step by step and once I got into the interviewing process it all went smooth
