I received 4 invites for the first interview. One dated back 2 days from when I received it, two invites were the same, and the last one I could confirm to be good for me timewise. I waited for the manager to join, and after 10 minutes I contacted this person on the whereabouts. She was a bit annoyed by that, saying that the meeting is a couple of hours later. I showed a screenshot of which invite I have accepted and also answered to that as well. Then she wanted to go on with this meeting and asking me to sen the link as she cannot see it in her calendar - which I did. I waited another 10 minutes for her to join, then I had to drop out for another meeting. Then she "generously" proposed to get around this confusion by rescheduling the meeting. I let her know, that I am not going to be available for a couple of weeks due to vacation. The confusion was not on my side... It was not the first time interviewing to Scania. Unfortunately I haven´t had a good experience with them - inflexible, old-fashioned hierarchy, limited way of thinking, lousy communication, not much respect for the candidate.
