This was a 4 step interview process. 1st call with the HR of a 30min introduction about company, projects and workStyle. 2nd step involves interview with a senior engineer who lacks a good English communication and is unsure about the tech stack of the company as to why the would choose a certain technology over another. 3rd process was a technical assignment which was poorly reviewed based on evaluators personal coding style and preferences given the company did not give any styleGuide to follow or any architecture pattern. Nor did they give any mandatory technology restriction to be used in the solution and gave a false negative feedback about code which when questioned they couldnt defend.
