1. Screening call with Engineer. 2. Unexpected live coding. The interviewer was nice, and transparent regarding how the company works. Although all emails are prepared for Software Engineer, Full stack developer, not Software Test Engineer. There is a lack of processes for this position. During the first call, they told me that I will get a response in three days. After almost two weeks I sent an email and they answered me with an invitation for the next round, again description was for Developer, not Tester. As the recruiter told me that they don't do live coding for Testers, I didn't expect any, even though the meeting name was "Live Coding" (the recruitment process was described for developers, not testers). I was a bit surprised when the same recruiter who told me on the first meeting that we are not going to have a live coding session, announced on our second call that we will do it anyway. I've managed to finish the assignment. I have never did live coding before on the interview so I have to admit that I was a bit stressed. I've received a decline email for the Fullstack Engineer position so I'm not sure whether I'm still in the process or not ;) I hope they will find the right person who set up processes for them. Be aware that Software Engineer in Test in real life is their Lead position. All best!
