Started with a one-on-two with members of leadership. Had an interview with two cloud security consultants the next week. Ended with another interview with the CTO at the end. Three interviews total, very positive experience - extremely knowledgeable folks.

Entrevista
One of the most pleasant interview experiences I've had in my professional career! From the recruiter to fellow consultants testing technical aptitude, down to the CEO and CTO of the company. Everyone I encountered along the way seemed to genuinely to ecstatic about the potential of bringing someone onboard to ScaleSec. This was the first technical interview that didn't seem like a bunch of "gotcha" questions. The questions were geared to see where you currently are in terms of skills/knowledge and how well you can work out problems in real-time when given information you're not completely sure of. Truly would love it if every interview process were just like this one.

Can't recall the exact questions but the topics included encryption (kms), basic cybersecurity knowledge and AWS related questions.

And for anyone reading this before an interview here, yes, I can confirm you should expect questions about encryption and the CIA triad at a min. We truly want to know where your tech skills are, so we do not put you in a spot that will be too challenging. We are all on our own journey of growth. We are glad you chose to join us.
Had a one-on two interview with two consultants and different levels within the company. Got the impression one of them didn’t really look at my resume. Felt like that interviewer was just looking for holes in my knowledge and didn’t seem to care where my skills were. The other interviewer asked much more relevant questions as they related to my experience and was far more fair. Overall it felt like a pop quiz as I was asked all sorts of questions over 55 mins of the 1 hour interview. Based on other reviews it seems this may be a one off experience, however you should be prepared to answer technical questions of all varieties for this interview.
